Damaged and Broken
Please understand that we take great care and forethought in wrapping and packaging your product for shipment. Even so, once the package leaves our facility, we no longer have control or responsibility for the care taken to deliver it to you. If you receive a package that contains damaged or broken product, we apologize and ask that you take advantage of the free insurance provided on your shipment.
